RoofSeal Bleed Blocking Primer is an ultra-tough, waterproofing, copolymer elastomeric coating. The system creates a liquid-applied roof that is permanent, seamless, fully-adhered, and watertight. RoofSeal BBP's prevents asphalt bleed through when applied under Silicone Roof Coatings.

• Product Use: Roof Coating Primer
• Coverage: usually from 50 to 100 square feet per gallon.
• Preperation: BBP should never be applied directly on excessive chalk, dust, dirt, or loose/scaly paints. Wire brush, scrape, or water blast all areas where such conditions exist.
• Application: Brush, Roll, or Spray Let dry before applying subsequent coats.
• Clean up: Water.
• Cure Time: 4 - 24 hrs. Dependent on temperature, humidity and film thickness.
• Limitations: Do not apply over uncured wood or glossy surfaces.
